“Project Expectations & Agreement” must be completed and signed within 14 days after the establishment date of the chapter.

  • No affiliation with any religion nor political party to be mentioned when representing as a chapter of The Homeless Period Project at events, functions, parties, or on any social media postings or printed materials.
  • Any monetary donations must be used to only purchase menstrual products and keep a receipt of all purchases; any remaining funds be sent to The HPP home office.
  • If donation needs a tax credit, funds must be mailed to The HPP home office.
  • Must keep documentation of shelters/organizations receiving the donations; Total number of Period Packs put together for the month; Donation Drop Offs (Spreadsheet)
  • Email Documentation/Spreadsheets on the 28th of each month.
  • Projects are expected to share pictures and videos of period parties, events, etc., to any chapter social media accounts.
